Set up and operate CNC or ECM/EDM machines to perform precision machining operations<br>&nbsp;&bull; Perform 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining operations including milling, drilling, fast-hole drilling, and graphite shaping<br>&nbsp;&bull; Machine metal castings, forgings, and bar stock according to specifications and setup instructions<br>&nbsp;&bull; Load, position, and secure workpieces using appropriate material handling equipment<br>&nbsp;&bull; Select, install, and maintain tooling required for production operations<br>&nbsp;&bull; Verify machine programs and setup requirements at the beginning of each shift<br>&nbsp;&bull; Monitor machine controls, feeds, speeds, and machining parameters during operation<br>&nbsp;&bull; Perform dimensional inspections using micrometers, precision gauges, and measuring instruments<br>&nbsp;&bull; Record inspection results and production data within company systems<br>&nbsp;&bull; Troubleshoot machining and production issues and communicate concerns to leadership<br>&nbsp;&bull; Deburr finished components according to specifications and machining standards<br>&nbsp;&bull; Maintain tools, gauges, and equipment in proper working condition<br>&nbsp;&bull; Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures</span></span></div><div><span><span>&nbsp;</span></span></div><div><span><span><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS<br></strong>&nbsp;&bull; High School Diploma or GED<br>&nbsp;&bull; Minimum 1 year of CNC, ECM, EDM, tooling, or machining experience in a manufacturing environment<br>&nbsp;&bull; Experience setting up and operating CNC or ECM/EDM equipment<br>&nbsp;&bull; Ability to read and follow manufacturing work instructions and technical documentation<br>&nbsp;&bull; Experience using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment<br>&nbsp;&bull; Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills<br>&nbsp;&bull;
