Occasional visits to offshore production facilities anticipated, likely 1–2 times per year.
COMPENSATION
$19-25 per hour
TERM
One year contract, very high likelihood of extension or conversion to full-time employee.
SCHEDULE
Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday, 4/10 schedule
Hours: 6:00am – 4:30pm, can be flexible if needed

POSITION OVERVIEW – Technical Assistant II
The Technical Assistant II provides onshore technical, planning, and administrative support to offshore assets. This role maintains training and vacation schedules, updates organizational charts, and manages phone lists, while processing invoices and procuring general supplies. The Technical Assistant II delivers training on core business applications such as SAP, Smartbox, and Timesheets, supports timesheet processing, orders FRCs, and helps schedule roles, close work orders, and coordinate with catering staff. This position also plans and attends meetings and provides backup and other support as needed to keep offshore operations running smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain training and vacation schedules
Update org charts
Keep phone lists
Process invoices
Provide training for business applications (e.g. SAP, Smartbox, Timesheets)
Procure general supplies
Order FRCs
Aid with timesheets
Schedule maintenance tasks, close work orders, and coordinate with catering staff
Attend and plan meetings
Provide backup support and other duties as required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Travel, including offshore, may be required
Ability to work overtime when required
Knowledge of offshore environment, assets, and organization
Proactively anticipates needs of offshore leadership and teams
Ability to work independently with limited coaching/supervisor review required
Ability to manage limited analytical assignments such as tracking OPEX
Ability to schedule SAP maintenance tasks and close out work orders
Competent/fluent in MS Office suite
Skilled in SAP, Helipass, and Smartbox
Previous offshore planner/scheduler experience preferred
Strong organizational skills, thorough record keeping, and attention to detail required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage change
Proven record of managing multiple tasks and delivering timely results
Must complete HUET & FFD requirements
