COMPENSATION
$24.00 per hour

SCHEDULE
Working Model: Remote
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday – Friday

CONTRACT TERM
6-month contract with a high likelihood of extension.

POSITION OVERVIEW - Sales Operations Associate
This role supports the client's commercial contracting and sales operations processes, ensuring the CRM system accurately reflects contractual obligations and that customer agreements are executed accurately, compliantly, and on time. The role serves as a liaison between Sales, Legal, Energy Markets, and Finance teams, and supports broader sales operations through reporting, data analysis, process improvement, and training.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Review signed contracts and supporting documentation to ensure that the company's CRM reflects contractual obligations, ensuring successful product delivery and compliance with company policies.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Legal, Energy Markets, and Finance teams regarding commercial contracting questions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of customer agreements.
  • Make consistent, positive contributions to establishing and maintaining an inclusive team culture of professional excellence.
  • Support system and process improvement projects, including involvement in requirements gathering, design, testing, and launch of enhancements.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to support the broader sales and operations teams by supporting report and dashboard creation/management and synthesizing data into actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate the flow of data and documentation among internal teams.
  • Provide training on both a scheduled and ad-hoc basis for members of the sales organization.
  • Utilize the company's CRM system to track key activities in the sales process to ensure compliance and completeness.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
  • B.S./B.A. degree (Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree).
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience (Sales Operations or related role preferred).
  • Highly productive and efficient, with the ability to multi-task across a broad set of deadline-oriented tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools, specifically MS Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to tailor communication to multiple cultural environments.
  • Prior CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce); ability to build reports and dashboards.
  • Strong quantitative aptitude.
  • A need to assume responsibility for work, with a self-driven commitment to achieving excellent outcomes.
  • English proficiency required (read, write, speak).
  • If a candidate holds any type of work visa, the visa expiration date must cover the length of assignment plus 18 months.
