LOCATIONPlano, TX 75023 COMPENSATION$61.50/hr. SCHEDULEWorking Model: Fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. CONTRACT TERM6-month contract with a very high likelihood of extension/conversion to full-time. POSITION OVERVIEWThis role supports retail operations across sales, merchandising, training, and go-to-market (GTM) execution, working closely with multiple retail accounts and retail operations teams. The role requires strong project management skills, the ability to lead independently within a large, dynamic organization, and the adaptability to move quickly in a fast-paced, constantly evolving retail environment. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
Bachelor's degree plus an additional 3 years of relevant retail operations experience required.
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP, for managing store lists, account data, and fixturing.
Ability to project manage highly desired.
Ability to succeed in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience and success working with multiple retail accounts and retail operations teams.
Strength in working cross-functionally, fostering a collaborative team environment, and leading project work independently within a large, dynamic team and organization while driving end-to-end planning.
Adaptability to move quickly at the pace of the consumer and work in a constantly evolving environment, making decisive decisions and pivoting when needed.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, time management, and organizational skills.
