 $48 - $55 per hour, full benefits offered
 
SCHEDULE
Hybrid, 3 days in office / 2 days at home
40 hours a week Monday-Friday
 
CONTRACT TERM
1 year with high likelihood of extension or conversion to full time employee.
 
POSITION OVERVIEW –   The Project Coordinator IV supports Engineering and Operations by documenting project scopes (reviewing inspection reports/damage photos, building SOWs in Smartsheet) and managing the PO lifecycle from request through invoice closure. It also owns vendor invoice review under a 14-day SLA, financial tracking, and ad-hoc reporting across Smartsheet, Salesforce, and Excel. Requires strong organization and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Attend daily meetings with Engineering and Operations to help define and document project scopes.  
  • Review inspection reports and analyze damage photos to inform scope decisions. 
  • Build detailed Scope of Work (SOW) documentation using Smartsheet and internal service request systems. 
  • Support the full purchase order lifecycle, including submitting PO requests, tracking approvals, and managing scope changes. 
  • Ensure timely PO closure following invoice processing. 
  • Review vendor invoices within a 14-day SLA. 
  • Partner with project managers and suppliers to identify and resolve invoice/scope discrepancies 
  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date financial tracking sheet. 
  • Provide ad-hoc operational support, including data clean-up, custom report building, and investigation-related tasks.
  • Work across multiple platforms (Smartsheet, Salesforce, Excel, internal proprietary systems) to complete daily tasks.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
  • HSD/GED at minimum 
  • Experience in operations support/project coordination/or administrative support within a technical or field environment 
  • Experience with Excel (tracking, data management, reporting) 
  • Ability to work across multiple systems/tools (Ex: Smartsheet, Salesforce, Other internal proprietary programs) 
  • Experience managing Pos and/or financial tracking (invoicing, budgeting, cost tracking) 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, etc.)
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience supporting wind, energy, construction or field service operations
  • Exposure to Scope of Work (SOW) creation or technical documentation
