$42.25 per hour
CONTRACT TERM
6-month contract with high likelihood of extension/conversion to full-time employee
POSITION OVERVIEW - The HR Generalist provides administrative support within the NA Shared Services Center, focused primarily on DocuSign document management, mail merges, and reporting. This role administers the regional DocuSign account, manages shared mailboxes, supports onboarding and training for new team members, and handles ticketing across multiple systems.
RESPONSIBLITIES
● Create and send DocuSign documents
● Send DocuSign mail merges
● Run and analyze reports using DocuSign Retrieve
● Admin for DocuSign to include: maintaining DocuSign users, create groups, and manage regional DocuSign account
● Weekly and monthly reports
● Manage and monitor shared mailboxes
● Onboard and train new hires on the team
● Manage tickets, reports, roster uploads, HQ questions
● Create and work tickets as needed
● Ability and willingness to learn as well as provide excellent customer service
● Ability and willingness to train other team members and/or other subsidiaries
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
● Bachelor’s degree or 2 to 3 years of related experience required
● Minimum one year of DocuSign experience required
● Advanced DocuSign experience required: sending, mail merge, Retrieve, reporting.
● Previous experience with Workday.
● Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
● Microsoft Excel vlookup and pivot table skills preferred.
● Previous experience with Microsoft Office.
● Ability to handle highly confidential requests and information
● Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
