Ethan brings a background in business management, market research, and relationship-focused support roles, along with hands-on exposure to renewable fuels, biofuels, and emerging energy technologies. His work in this space is what originally sparked his interest in the broader energy industry and ultimately led him toward a career path where he could stay closely connected to the people who build it.
Athletics have also played a major role in Ethan’s development. He was a collegiate baseball player at Simpson University, Treasure Valley Community College, and Park University, and served as a team captain during his career. Competing at a high level instilled discipline, accountability, leadership through example, and a team-first mindset — qualities that directly influence his approach to recruiting and relationship-building.
