LOCATION
Andover, Massachusetts 01810 (REMOTE) 
 
COMPENSATION
 $28 

TERMS
3 Month Contract with high likelihood of extension or conversion to full time. 
 
SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday, Standard 40-hour work week
 
POSITION OVERVIEW – Data Acquisition Analyst – Utilities & Suppliers
Responsible for managing complex supplier interactions related to billing disputes, late fees, payment negotiations, and service continuity risks. Acts as an escalation point supporting operations and CRMs.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Investigate billing disputes (BBFs) and late fees; advise operations on acceptance or rejection
  • Negotiate payment terms, extensions, and penalty waivers with suppliers
  • Resolve energy and water disconnection notices by identifying root causes and preventing service interruptions
  • Request missing invoices and ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Update registration data with suppliers and maintain internal login and control records
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
  • CLIENT COMMUNICATION
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English via phone calls
  • Experience with invoice processing, data acquisition, or supplier operations
  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline
  • Familiarity with supplier portals, spreadsheets, and document management platforms
  • 2 Years (associates degree) Post high school education should be sufficient / or College Diploma.
