LOCATION
Remote (U.S. – Preference for candidates based in Florida)
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
 
COMPENSATION
$28 – $35 per hour

  • Monday – Friday
  • Standard 40-hour work week
  • Core hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
 
CONTRACT TERM
3 months - May 18, 2026 – August 15, 2026
Contract-only assignment with potential for extension based on project needs.
 
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Data & Analytics (D&A) Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that support business intelligence and strategic decision-making. This role collaborates closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective analytical tools, reports, and dashboards. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in data modeling, visualization, and analytics development within a secure, government-regulated environment.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions of significant complexity.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for new analytics initiatives.
  • Design and implement data models to support reporting and analytics needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through thorough testing and validation.
  • Optimize and enhance existing analytics solutions for performance and usability.
  • Utilize SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Work with TALEO PHP and other enterprise systems as required.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay current with emerging analytics tools and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in analytics development, including report and dashboard creation.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting cross-functional teams.
  • U.S. Citizenship required due to access to government systems.
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience working within nuclear energy, regulated industries, or government environments.
  • Familiarity with TALEO PHP or similar enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, or cloud-based analytics platforms.
  • Experience optimizing dashboards for performance and user experience.
  • Understanding of data governance and security best practices.
