COMPENSATION
$190,000 – $225,000 base salary
  • 25% annual bonus
     Full-time, direct hire

POSITION OVERVIEW – HSE Manager – Manufacturing & Production
The Regional HSE Manager will lead Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across multiple U.S. manufacturing facilities. This individual will be responsible for driving a strong safety culture aligned with an Incident Free Workplace (IFW) philosophy while supporting a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees.
This role is focused on manufacturing and production environments (not traditional construction job sites) and will oversee safety across facilities performing welding, fabrication, and high-tech manufacturing operations. The Regional HSE Manager will manage site-level EHS personnel and partner closely with operations leadership to ensure consistent safety performance across all locations.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and standardize EHS programs across multiple manufacturing facilities in the U.S.
 • Manage and mentor regional and site-level EHS personnel
 • Drive safety culture aligned with Incident Free Workplace (IFW) principles
 • Partner with site leadership to ensure corrective actions and leading indicators are effectively implemented
 • Conduct facility audits, site visits, and risk assessments (25–30% travel)
 • Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action closure
 • Ensure compliance with OSHA and all federal, state, and local regulations
 • Support development and execution of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and risk assessments
 • Promote early incident reporting, near misses, and continuous improvement initiatives
 • Maintain relationships with external organizations (emergency services, clinics, etc.)
 • Track and report EHS metrics, KPIs, and safety performance across facilities
 • Support both manufacturing environments and field service activities when applicable
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 10+ years of industrial or manufacturing EHS experience
 • Experience managing EHS across multiple locations or regions
 • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards
 • Experience supporting manufacturing environments involving welding, fabrication, or heavy machinery
 • Proven leadership experience managing EHS teams or programs
 • High School Diploma or GED required
 • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
 • Professional certification such as OHST, CSP, or in pursuit of certification
 • Experience supporting high-tech manufacturing environments (semiconductor, battery, data centers)
 • Experience scaling or improving safety programs across multiple facilities
