COMPENSATION
$37-43/per hour
 
SCHEDULE
  • 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day
  • HYBRID: Monday & Friday remote // Tuesday-Thursday in office
 
CONTRACT TERM
1 year with high likelihood of extension or conversion to full time employee.
 
POSITION OVERVIEW – Supply Chain/Logistics Specalist  
The Procurement Operations Manager is seeking a Supply Specialist to support its expanding team by performing duties including but not limited to:
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Processing new purchase requisitions
  • Issuing and following up on requests for quotes (RFQ)
  • Arranging logistical support for assigned vessels
  • Reviewing and approving invoices
  • Traveling to San Ramon, CA as requested by manager (maximum 3 times per year)
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, and/or purchasing process
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • Houston local candidates only
  • Preferred: Experience in the oil & gas industry
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in related field
